Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between UAB FYSHOP (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when purchasing goods through the website fyshop.eu.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding document applicable to all purchases made on fyshop.eu.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The Terms valid at the moment the order is placed shall apply.

1.3. The following persons have the right to purchase from the online store:

  • legally capable natural persons;

  • minors aged 14 years and older with the consent of their parents or guardians;

  • legal entities.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

2.1. The purchase–sale contract is considered concluded when the Buyer:

  • adds products to the shopping cart;

  • provides delivery information;

  • selects a payment method;

  • confirms acceptance of the Terms and clicks “Buy”.

2.2. The contract data is stored in the Seller’s system.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

3.2. Payment is made in advance through Paysera or other payment methods specified by the Seller.

3.3. Order processing begins only after payment has been received.

4. Delivery of Goods

4.1. Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.

4.2. Delivery times are preliminary and indicated in the product description.

4.3. Free shipping applies to orders over 100 EUR, unless stated otherwise.

4.4. The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer at the moment the goods are delivered.

5. Returns and Withdrawal from the Contract

5.1. The Buyer – a natural person – has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable legislation.

5.2. The return and refund procedure is described in detail in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5.3. Defective goods are replaced or refunded in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on fyshop.eu.

6.2. By accepting these Terms, the Buyer confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy.

7. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

7.2. The Seller is not liable for losses caused by the actions or omissions of third parties (such as couriers or payment service providers) where such actions are beyond the Seller’s control.

7.3. The Seller is not responsible for differences in product colors or design caused by the Buyer’s device display settings.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
