This Shipping Policy describes the delivery conditions for purchases made through the website fyshop.eu, operated by UAB FYSHOP (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Order Processing

1.1. Orders are processed on business days.

1.2. Orders paid before 12:00 PM on a business day are usually shipped the same or the next business day.

1.3. Orders paid after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

2.1. The standard delivery time within Lithuania is 1–3 business days from the date of shipment.

2.2. Delivery times are estimated and may change due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (courier operations, holidays, force majeure).

2.3. If delivery is delayed for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.

3. Delivery Methods

3.1. Products are delivered:

  • by courier to the address provided by the Buyer;

  • to parcel lockers (if this option is available at checkout).

3.2. Available delivery methods and prices are displayed during the checkout process.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before confirming the order.

4.2. Free shipping applies to orders with a value of over 100 EUR, unless stated otherwise.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

5.1. The Buyer must provide accurate and correct delivery information.

5.2. If the Buyer provides an incorrect address or fails to collect the shipment, the Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or additional costs.

5.3. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must inspect the package. If any damage to the packaging or goods is noticed, the Buyer must immediately inform the courier and the Seller.

6. Transfer of Risk

6.1. The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer once the goods have been delivered to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer.
