Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

The Buyer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods without providing a reason, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Returned goods must:

  • be unused and undamaged;

  • have the original labels and packaging;

  • be in the same condition and complete set as received.

2. Defective Products

Defective goods are replaced or refunded in accordance with the Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania
“On the approval of the rules for return and exchange of goods”.

3. Return Procedure

To return goods, the following information must be sent by email:

  • customer's full name;

  • order number;

  • name of the returned product(s);

  • reason for return;

  • bank account number (if a refund is requested).

4. Refunds

Refunds for returned goods will be issued no later than 14 calendar days from the date the returned goods are received and their condition has been inspected.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the returned product is defective or damaged.
