Ingredients: sugar, sodium carbonate, magnesium and potassium citrate, sodium chloride, calcium salts of citric acid (calcium citrate), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), stinging nettle leaf extract (Latin Urtica dioica), field horsetail extract (Latin Equisetum arvense), turmeric rhizome extract (Latin Curcuma longa), zinc citrate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B12 (cobalamin).

Usage: Add 1 sachet of powder to a 200-500 ml glass/beverage, stir and drink before, during or after training. You can consume 2 sachets per day.
