Powder for preparing a carbohydrate electrolyte solution, enriched with minerals (Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc), salts (Sodium, Magnesium, Potassium and Zinc citrates) and carbohydrates for your excellent well-being not only during sports, but also during intensive work, relaxation or study.

"SPORT&CARDIO" is the most popular electrolyte complex in Lithuania, compared to other food supplements distributed in Lithuania in 2024-2025. The list of such products is determined according to the data of UAB "Softdent".

Ingredients: magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate) and potassium citrate, sodium citrate, organic sugar, organic rice syrup powder, L-Glycine amino acid, hawthorn flower extract (Lat. Crataegus monogyna flower extract), zinc citrate, natural lemon flavor.

Usage: Mix 1 sachet of powder in 500 ml of drinking water and sip the resulting solution during and/or after training (physical exertion). Adults and children from 6 years of age should take 1 sachet per day. In order to maintain endurance and improve water absorption (absorption) during long-term endurance exercises, take 2 sachets per day, dissolved in 500 ml of drinking water.

Nutritional declaration: 100g of powder/500 ml of prepared solution, dissolved in 1 sachet of powder (17.5 g): energy value 320kCal (1339kJ)/ 55kCal (230kJ), fat 0/0g, of which saturated/monounsaturated/polyunsaturated fat r. 0/0g, carbohydrates 59g/10g, of which sugars 53g/9g, polyols and starch 0/0g, fiber 0/0g, protein 0/0g, salt 5g/ 0.7g.

Electrolyte amounts in 500 ml of prepared solution, after dissolving 1 sachet of powder (17.5 g): Na⁺ 50mmol/l, Mg²⁺ 29mmol/l, K⁺ 13mmol/l, citrates 50 mmol/l. Total dissolved salts: 38 g (6.5g). Solution osmolarity 269mmol/l.

Net content: 14 sachets of 17.5 g = 245 g.
